Based on the theory of ensuring our existence by traveling backward in time before the end of this universe to an earlier stage in the life cycle of the universe. By inhabiting different parts of the universe we would be able to avoid detection as Voyagers from the future.

Subject: Trash.
It does sound like it has an interesting premise. But then, like so many other things, what comes off as a good idea, ends up being a pile of shit when it is applied to something realistic. This idea for this video actually made into a video...and it becomes a complete pile of shit! Shitty music. Shitty animation. Shitty, i.e., not very well thought out, idea about time travel and the future of the human species. Blah, blah, blah...

Libertarianism is a romantic, in a utopian sort of way, wishful thinking ideology. Apply it to the real world and you have Ron Paul with a Hitler mustache and thousands of individual issues of his pro-white supremacist newsletters...
